In April, Los Angeles-based Canon Communications LLC announced it acquired trade shows WestPack, EastPack, and SouthPack from Reed Exhibition Companies.
Under a transitional agreement Reed managed the April SouthPack show in Atlanta and will operate the upcoming WestPack show scheduled June 19 through 21 in Anaheim. Afterwards Canon will take on full management responsibilities for the three shows. EastPack is slated for Philadelphia June 11 through 13 2002. Canon is a publisher trade show producer and digital media company.
