Exopack appoints Miles McHugh CFO

Exopack has announced the appointment of Miles McHugh to the position of Chief Financial Officer, replacing Dave Ziegler, who assumed the responsibilities of interim Chief Financial Officer in late November 2011.

A 1993 graduate of the University of Chicago with a Masters in Business Administration and a CPA, McHugh previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a global integrated communications solutions provider based in Chicago, IL.  He has also held financial positions in Mirant Corporation, California Energy Company, Westpac Banking Corporation and PricewaterhouseCoopers.

“Miles’ experience in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting, strategic financial leadership and his acute understanding of today’s financial markets will prove extremely valuable as Exopack continues on a path of sustainable growth,“ said Chris Ragot, Exopack’s Chief Executive Officer.  “We look forward to having Miles on our leadership team and leveraging his expertise.”

McHugh resides in the Chicago area and will be located in Exopack’s Chicago offices.
