Corrugated produce container

Strong, light and eco-friendly, Maxco Supply Inc.’s micro flute, tri-all produce container virtually eliminates corrugated lines on the printing surface—increasing graphic impact--and also increases stacking strength and performance in cold storage conditions.

The triple wall containers use a 7-ply bliss wrap sheet using an NEE flute configuration. The ends are manufactured by laminating two triple wall EBB sheets together. Using lighter weight liners and mediums increases the sustainability of the box by reducing basis weight. Wax impregnation is not used to create a totally recyclable container. A 7-color die cutter and printer with both UV and flexographic printing in all 7 stations also increases environmental-friendliness because using UV ink totally eliminates VOCs.
