The new X4 X-ray inspection line from Loma Systems offers new high-speed USB connectivity and a Windows® XP operating system with an intuitive graphical touchscreen display.
Product set-up is automated and may be accomplished with minimal timing. Line incorporates the latest generation line scan sensor for efficiency of X-ray to signal conversion. This allows the system to run at lower power and is said to increase component life and reliability. Also increases ability to detect a variety of contaminants, and to examine different zones within a product that may have different product densities. AutoTrack Technology enables image capturing at speeds to 2,000 scans/min with analysis at 600 pieces/min.
