Because the relationship between sealing energy and line speed is not linear, Enercon engineers have developed an algorithm for sealing during various line speeds. VSC monitors the conveyor speed and adjusts sealing energy for optimum sealing results. This technology provides greater packaging flexibility where the induction sealer is mounted. This PLC based system also allows operators to store recipes for multiple products on their packaging line.
