SICK, Inc: New vision sensors

Sick has launched two new vision sensors for packaging applications. The new Date Code Inspector (DCI) vision sensor checks the number of pixels printed on a package’s date or lot code to verify clear printing. The integrated LED lighting illumination gives the DCI sensor superior contrast ability on even the most difficult applications—with no additional external lighting required.
