Servo-module technology

Electrical cabinet size and cable runs are reduced because there are no separate drives to mount in the cabinet. One cable connects the cabinet to a series of machine-mounted distribution modules instead of two cables for each servo drive, which eliminates 31 long cable runs in a typical 16-axis packaging system. Installation and maintenance are simplified with snap-fit quick-connect cable terminations, LED status indicators on distribution modules and servo modules, single cables connection servo modules, and IP 65-rated machine-mounted modules that do not require enclosures, conduit or cable trays.
