Pick-and-place robot

The PackWorld® pick-and-place system from Motoman (West Carrollton, OH) includes a high-speed, six-axis robot, MRC controller with menu-driven application software, an integrated mechanical or vacuum gripper, powered conveyor(s) and operator interface.

The system can place single or multiple products in partitioned or non-partitioned cases. Optional attachable modules include divider sheet inserters case erectors/sealers and label applicators. Smaller models handle payloads to 3 kg (6.6 lb) while larger units accept 16 kg (13.2 lb).
