The Per-Fil Model MF-X multi-spindle, SERVO driven, Automatic auger filler is THE solution for high speed applications of difficult bridging product.
The unique Patented tub hopper allows for up to 10 spindle designs. This unit is a highly efficient precise and clean alternative to continuous motion technology. Filler specifications:*Products filled: powders pastes granules and frozen and processed food products*Containers filled: bottles bags jars boxes -- all types of rigid and flexible containers.*Fill sizes: 0.5 grams to 10 kg*Fill speed: 30 - 200 containers per minute*Fill accuracy: +/- 1% or better*Operation: semi-automatic or fully automaticSpecial features:*Independent servo drives for each auger spindle for indepent control over auger speed and revolutions.*Available with 2 to 10 auger spindles*Variable speed agitator drive to control product consistency. *OFF-THE-SHELF PLC with touchscreen interface for simple adjustment of all filler parameters.
