The Hi-Speed Model A200 is a stainless steel checkweigher designed to economically process a wide variety of packages. A standard machine is comprised of a two belt product handling system with air blast rejecter and is integrated with a full-featured Micromate® checkweigher controller.

The A200's open design is excellent for easy cleaning and inspection while "no-tool" belt removal minimizes maintenance. Servo drives with speed memory delivers excellent speed control. The hermetically sealed load cell ensures superior long term reliability and weighing performance. The addition of a third discharge belt combined with a variety of controller options is available to complete the solution.

Excellent Value A200 delivers accuracy and throughput in a compact yet rugged design. Its stainless steel construction and servo motor drive control ensures a durable and highly responsive system. Infeed and weigh belt sections can be interchanged to adapt to changing requirements.

Micromate controller stores set-up parameters for up to 25 different products. Key switch and multilevel password security ensure access to only authorized personnel to maintain system security.

Solid Performance Servo drives deliver excellent response and consistent speed control. Years of Hi-Speed experience results in a proven weigh section design with a hermetically sealed load cell as standard to ensure durable repeatable and sustainable system accuracies.

Easy To Use Micromate controller with large color coded control keys high visibility message display dedicated status indicators and large weight readout all combine to reduce user training and eliminate operator guesswork.

Maintenance Friendly All A200 components are easily accessible for inspection and maintenance. "No tool" removal and reinstallation of conveyors and belts combined with the unit's open design makes cleaning and inspection fast and easy. Automatic Checkweigher Test Program (ACTP) combines controller self-diagnostic tests for memory A/D performance power and I/O functionality with continuous monitoring of zero scale noise and package spacing which delivers unprecedented uptime.

Compact Design A200 space saving design requires only 30" of line space for the standard machine which includes the infeed and weigh belts; optional discharge conveyor can be added individually to suit the application.

Interfaces EZWay bi-directional RS232 with Net Weights Output standard; Optional interfaces include Allen-Bradley RIO DeviceNet ControlNet Ethernet/IP and Modbus TCP.

Options & Accessories Discharge belt conveyor remote mounted reject assembly 5 zone checkweighing operation; metal detector input Micromate+controller with statistics alarms and reports.
