High-Level Palletizer
The HL8000’s soft turning conveyor section uses variable frequency drives to turn and arranges beverage cases with no product impact. The modular layer accumulation sections are used to obtain speeds up to 150 cases per minute (CPM) while palletizing 12-pack beverage cases in 16-case patterns. Additional features include the latest programmable logic controls and motion controls for easy operation. A variable-speed servo-driven hoist provides precise control while obtaining high speeds and ensures product is not damaged.
