The unique Patented tub hopper allows for up to 10 spindle designs. This unit is a highly efficient precise and clean alternative to continuous motion technology.

Filler specifications:

*Products filled: powders pastes granules and frozen and processed food products

*Containers filled: bottles bags jars boxes -- all types of rigid and flexible containers.

*Fill sizes: 0.5 grams to 10 kg

*Fill speed: 30 - 200 containers per minute

*Fill accuracy: +/- 1% or better

*Operation: semi-automatic or fully automatic

Special features:

*Independent servo drives for each auger spindle for indepent control over auger speed and revolutions.

*Available with 2 to 10 auger spindles

*Variable speed agitator drive to control product consistency.

*OFF-THE-SHELF PLC with touchscreen interface for simple adjustment of all filler parameters. Can be integrated with a scale for net weigh fill operation or with a checkweigher to feedback and adjust the auger.

*Heavy duty stainless steel construction for operation in sanitary production environments. 304 stainless steel product contact parts standard and 316 electro-polished stainless steel upgrade is available.

*Modular machine design adapts to semi of fully automated production lines using rigid or flexible containers of various shapes and configurations. Convenient integration with in-line conveyors pouching systems and tray lines.

*Minimizes line space required; 2.5” minimum center distance for auger spindles.
