A new multi-pole conveyor stop gate from Bosch Rexroth simplifies the sourcing, installation, and set-up of power-and-free conveyor stops used with Rexroth TS-style assembly conveyors.

The VE2/MP stop gate combines the functionality of a VE2 stop gate with a pneumatic solenoid valve an embedded microprocessor 3 proximity sensors and an array of LED indicators to provide extensive operations control in a self-contained package. Bolts quickly into the T-slot on the extruded aluminum conveyor profile then only requires an air tube and two 3-wire M8 electrical cables to get up and running.
