Domino Amjet (Gurnee IL) and FASTechnology Group (Glen Carbon IL) entered into an agreement for Domino to distribute the FASTechnology controller product range in the United States and Canada.

Redlake MASD (San Diego CA) completed the acquisition of DuncanTech (Auburn CA) a designer and manufacturer of digital cameras for a variety of markets including machine vision.

Rexam (London England) built a 190 sq’ mfg. facility in Madisonville KY for $30 million.
