The new Douglas Machine Invex™ Low Speed Case/Tray Packer speeds up production for low volume packagers by incorporating the flexibility of electronic motion controls in an economical, small footprint format that runs 12 cases or trays/min.
Said to offer smooth, quiet operation, reduced maintenance time and cost, and fewer jams. Motors are adaptable to run a wide range of products, as well as being readily programmed to allow for fast, repeatable changeovers. Features include software modularity so diagnostics are simplified, with operator able to pinpoint root cause of problems from the HMI.
