The versatile new Cobra carton forming machine from Doboy features a unique blank transport mechanism that provides positive carton blank control from magazine picking through hot melt application to forming head placement.

Carton blank position distance and velocity are tightly controlled while the machine applies as much as 13” of uninterrupted hot melt resulting in perfectly formed and fixed cartons. Operator interface offers a 16-recipe recall within the controller. Other features include single-head configuration and shuttle-less glue application arrangement working with a Nordson hot melt glue system. Sized at just 51”Wx94.5”H Cobra accommodates a wide range of carton sizes.
