Pillar Technologies has introduced a new cap and bottle detection system that uses multiple sensors, a laser sensor, an encoder, and microprocessor control from the induction sealer to search for missing foil, loose or crooked caps, and stalled bottles.
System protects against unsealed products reaching consumers and offers a functional elementary set-up external indicators for easy sensor alignment and an integrated induction sealer and detection package. Company also offers a stacked light option that provides visual and audible alarms in the case of potentially unsealed products.
