CVC offers its blister packaging systems available in three sizes that can create up to 60, 300, and 400 blisters/min. Each machine is equipped with servo motors to ensure accuracy, smooth web conveying, and punching.

A touch screen control panel allows easy operation. Dedicated feeders provide high feeding efficiency. Each machine comes with flat platen type forming and sealing to help create more perfect blisters. Reliable temperature controls and sealing pressures are electronically monitored for both the upper and lower plates. Machines are designed with sturdy stainless-steel construction with safety interlocking doors for prolonged durability.
