Features & Benefits Hi-Speed Checkweigher's Cornerstone Series, Model Beltweigh/CM is a high-performance checkweigher that has multi-scale capability and can monitor from one to six production lines concurrently.
It is designed to provide maximum accuracy functionality and dependability even in the most challenging packaging applications. The Beltweigh/CM achieves superior weighing accuracy by using high-performance servo motors that minimize vibration. Also DSP Hi-Speed's patented advanced noise-filtering system is utilized to further enhance weighing accuracies especially in high-throughput applications. The operator interface consists of a membrane keypad and LCD screen which can display statistical data of up-to-the-minute production information for 100% control of your packaging line. It can provide single-head or multi-head feedback for the monitoring of up to 72 fillerheads using Hi-Speed Checkweigher's Advanced Control technology. Password protected programming is offered for up to 100 products. Programmed speeds are stored with individual product setups for fast and easy product changeover. The operator interface also features a dedicated weight display and separate graphic screen for SPC statistics and control charts. The Beltweigh/CM allows for both PLC and PC connectivity. The Beltweigh/CM's solid heavy-duty construction provides a rugged stable foundation for precise consistent checkweighing and is well suited for operation 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
