Klockner Bartelt: Push-button changeover poucher
Said to be the first horizontal poucher with push-button changeover and wash-down capability, the Fusion(TM) from Klckner Bartelt (Sarasota, FL) employs 20 multi-axis servos.
With technology protected by five patents the system can run in continuous- or intermittent-motion modes at speeds to 160/min. Can handle flat gusseted or stand-up pouches in sizes up to 15 x 18 x 6". Modular design permits up to six fill stations. Nema 4 electrics and stainless construction permit washdown.
