Brushless servo motor line

Baldor Electric has expanded its BSM brushless servo motor line to include encoders. Baldor BSM servo motors typically use resolvers as the prime feedback device.

Customers asking for encoder feedback used to face a 2-week delivery time depending on the encoder. Now with the announced expansion of the stock program to include encoders delivery can be the same day. The expansion also includes BSM servo motors with holding brakes. The standard holding brake is +24 Vdc. Selective servo motors with brakes with continuous stall torques of up to 300 lb-in. are in stock and available.
