Mascara filler

Filling 40 bottles/min, the Mascara Patriot FPC from Capmatic (Montreal North, Quebec, Canada) dispenses bottles into individual pucks and mechanically lifts them under the fill heads for bottom-up filling of 1 g to 30 g of mascara.

Bottles are then indexed through the plugging station fitted with caps or brushes and moved to the torquing station for full closure. Sensors detect missing components before finished bottles are ejected from the pucks and moved down the line.
