Cognex has introduced Checker 200 series next-generation inspection sensors, which are as simple as its Checker 101 to set up, but much more capable and small enough to fit in tight spaces.

Features include built-in lighting, variable working distance, and high-speed inspection capability at rates faster than 6,000 ppm. Even on fastest production lines, Checker 200 can inspect multiple-part features and deliver reliable, precisely timed pass/fail results. Checks features such as codes printed on labels and simultaneously inspects multiple part features such as candies in a blister pack.
