Vertical form/fill/seal system

Triangle Package Machinery's (Chicago, IL) Advantage CM vertical f/f/s system is designed for minimal maintenance. Its cross-seal jaw drive uses torsional couplings instead of sliding shafts, bushings, cams, springs and other linkage.

Both the back sealer and cutoff knife use no moving parts. It can form a wide range of bag sizes from 6" to 24" L and 21/2" to 151/2" W. No-tool change- overs are possible with a touchscreen panel. Film changeover is handled with levers.
