New this year from igus is the DryLin® EasyTube, a space-saving linear unit for format adjustment tasks to 33 lb in vertical applications or 110 lb when installed horizontally.

The compact system has a tube that guides the end blocks and encloses a trapezoidal leadscrew, protecting it against external influences. The tube is available in anodized aluminum or stainless steel for corrosion-resistance. With this lightweight system, any applied moment is supported by the tube, eliminating the need for a second guideshaft. EasyTube is temperature-resistant to 176ºF.
