Carlo Gavazzi has recently launched a new line of RSH Series soft start/stop motor controllers, available in 2 sizes with basic rotary or advanced push-button controls.

Motor control capacity ranges from 1.5HP at 220VAC to 40Hp at 600VAC. Enables the starting and stopping of 3-phase asynchronous motors with a simple 3-wire connection to the motor. Units are also said to provide improved starting conditions over conventional star-delta starters by suppressing in-rush currents during motor starting. MSHR MIDI Series is 45mm W and suitable for applications requiring a high number of repetitive operations/hr for controlling 3-phase motors to 18 amps. Offers 275 starts/hr. RSHR and RSHP Flexy Power Series are 90mm W and combine built-in bypass with small profile heat sink for as many as 50 starts/hr.
