SAP: Printer networking
Now available from Loftware is a new technology for connecting SAP® enterprise systems to the company’s Printer Server® to solve the “last mile” connectivity problem for SAP customers, who usually drive SAP-derived data to networks of printers.
In many cases, there may be hundreds of disparate printers scattered across dozens of networks located at globally spread warehouse and production facilities. The integration is addressed with a seamless software product that is easy to implement with any SAP instance, and easy to update and maintain because the connector is entirely configuration-driven. This allows any SAP-enabled business to have control over its label output infrastructure, as well as a roadmap for future label output technology, such as RFID.
