Tests indicate that the guides are 18% faster than previous systems, and the precise manufacturing provides unlimited expandability. Achieving speeds to 26.2’/sec, Redi-Rail is constructed and maintains a running parallelism within +/- 0.001” over the length of the rail, to 19’. This strong, lightweight, and cost-effective alternative uses an extruded aluminum rail with hardened steel raceways, sealed double ball bearings, and customizable seals. Additional benefits include oil-impregnated wipers for higher speeds, adjustable preloading, and custom sizing.
