Digital servo drive

Indramat (Wood Dale, IL) has introduced the DKR digital AC servo drive for multi-axis converting applications that require both high power and high accuracy, such as unwinding/rewinding, rotary die cutting and flexographic printing.

The DKR combines servo precision and high-pow-er high-speed ca-pability in a single digital drive for applications requiring up to 93 kW of power at up to 10 rpm. Designed to control a range of motor sizes and types including Indramat's family of AC servomotors induction motors frameless and linear motors.
