Developed to replace volumetric cup fillers, the Neotron System® is a multi-auger filler from GEI Mateer Burt (Wayne, PA) that fills dry, flowable products like soup base, parmesan cheese, drink mixes and spices into PS and paperboard containers 10-up.
Each filling station is driven by a dedicated servo motor supplied to replace traditional clutch/ brake drives increasing start/stop accuracy of the augers to 1/4000th of a revolution. This is said to reduce product giveaway. Can be retrofitted to most existing packaging lines.
