AC motors have twice the torque as conventional AC motors at a reduced cost
Oriental Motor’s high-strength V-Series AC motors use a special tooth-surface machining technology combined with an optimized quiet-running design that maintains the motor’s strength.
Precision is ensured at micro levels because of high-accuracy assembly technology. Maximum permissible torque is increased by up to 2 times the level of conventional AC motor gearheads, according to the copany. The gearhead’s strength can easily accommodate load condition changes, and there is no need to increase the size of the motor or gearhead. Specific torque is dependent on frame size.
The motor's considerable strength is a result of its rigid case, proprietary side-panel construction, and an optimized gear design. The larger diameter bearing serves to extend its useful life. Additional features include quiet operation, wide selection of output power, and 10,000 hours of life.
