ES01 and MSC-1 controllers with an AC speed control motor include feedback from the motor. Along with phase control, reduced electrical noise is achieved for additional performance.
Torque control combined with a gearhead offer a maximum permissible torque of 88 lb.-in., and in many cases are able to do the job of more expensive solutions.

AC Motors provide basic positioning control.  By using a brake pack and the AC motor to stop the motor when needed, simple positioning can be achieved. Or, the AC motor can be paired with and electromagnetic brake motor to hold the position, or a clutch brake motor for high-frequency stopping and starting.

By attaching a linear head gearhead to an AC Motor, basic Linear Motion linear motion can be easily achieved in many stroke lengths at a low cost.
