The MSC-1 AC Speed Controller from Oriental Motor is easy to use, connects directly to a PLC or PC and offers enhanced speed control features with feedback from the motor, while providing an alarm output to detect abnormalities.

Its small size and DIN rail mounting allows easy installation and space savings. Because it is CPU controlled, improved speed regulation and low electrical noise is achieved. The MSC-1 is combined with the company’s V Series AC Geared Motors to offer high torque, high strength, and low noise at the same price as their conventional AC motors.
Other features include single-phase 100 ~ 230 VAC, 6 W (1/125 HP) up to 90 W (1/8 HP), and AC speed control motors with feedback.
