Arpac offers the TrayStar TS-2000 continuous-motion, wraparound tray loader, which integrates tray erecting, product collating, product loading, and container sealing into a single, compact machine.

Collates a variety of product shapes and sizes including cans jars bottles and boxes and loads them into trays. Newest features include a vertical star wheel grouper for gentler product handling at speeds ranging from 25 to 80 trays/min. Also available with 15-min tool-less changeover option and a new gull wing guarding system that pivots overhead to provide operators with quick easy and obstruction-free access.
