Label-Aire's (Fullerton, CA) Customized Model 2120 vial labeling system is capable of labeling seven different sizes of vials at speeds to 120/min, with an accuracy of ±1/32".
Vial sizes can range from 13/16" to 2" dia 1 5/8" to 3 3/4" H. The system uses a Zebra thermal-transfer printer for batch numbers and loose-looped interface to a Model 2115ST wipe-on applicator. Also includes variable-speed infeed metering wheel wrap belt assembly and label and product counters.
