Because labels are inspected with 100% accuracy at CCL's plant customers can eliminate incoming label inspection according to the company. System inspects and verifies up to three bar codes per label. Labels can also be inspected for presence of luminescence. A splice inspection feature verifies copy integrity across each splice. A high-speed video strobe system allows continuous monitoring for printing registration and label copy integrity.
