Tilting tray/slat sorter

Mathews Conveyor's (Danville, KY) tilt tray can be configured as both a tilting tray sorter or a tilting slat sorter. As a tilting tray sorter, it uses trays from 18" to 48" on centers, tilting 33° on either side with an 80-lb live load per tray capacity.

As a tilting slat sorter it uses 9 1/2" slats tilting 33° to either side with a 50-lb live load per slat capacity. Both versions provide throughput at up to 400'/min.
