Tamp/blow labeling system

Label-Aire’s (Fullerton, CA) custom-designed turnkey system includes a Model 2138 machine, which prints and applies up to 90 bar-code labels/min using an inverted tamp/blow mechanism.

A bar-code reader verifies correct placement and product match of labels after application. Packages with missing or incorrect labels are ejected. Placement accuracy is said to be ±1/32”.
