Static dwell checkweigher

The Icore Static Dwell Checkweigher from Ramsey Technology (Minneapolis, MN) provides the accuracy of a static weigh-ing scale while maintaining line-speed production.

The system is de-signed with a special dwell point where the product stops momentarily for a weight reading eliminating product vibration and product wobble associated with dynamic weighing. Speeds to 180 containers/min depending on container size and weight.
