Small-character ink-jet coder

The Marsh Co. (Belleville, IL) has developed an im-proved version of its Mini-Mark small-character ink-jet printer. Its rede-signed printhead uses a smaller nose-piece for print in very small areas.

New software allows in-verted type on cartons. Font sizes can now be changed through software programming as well. A new ID interface facilitates programming. The Mini-Mark prints in up to seven colors and can work in temperatures as low as 40°F.
