Sensotec's (Columbus, OH) Model SC Signal Conditioner has an improved amplifier board which allows it to self-calibrate using almost any transducer.
Calibration is field selectable to use shunt mV/V or known-load calibration. Standard output is 0-5V on each of up to four channels or an optional 4-20 mA. Can set its own gain for transducers from 0.5 to 12 mV/V.
