Self-locking tray former
Loveshaw's (Ronkonkoma, NY) Model TF-HL-1 automatically forms self-locking trays at speeds to 20 trays/min, depending on the complexity of the folds.
Die-cut blanks are loaded into a 100-blank capacity hopper. As they are pulled down through a vacuum system ends flaps are folded. Locking flaps are pneumatically folded prior to ejection.
