Rotary liquid filler

The Electromatic rotary liquid filler from BWI KP Aerofill (Davenport, IA) uses a unique time-based flow concept to fill containers. This provides more accurate filling than level filling or piston displacement, says the company.

Reaches speeds to 27 cans/ min per head. Vary-ing the time interval adjusts the proper amount of product flow for different size containers. An exclusive head design cuts off product flow from within at the tip of the nozzle to eliminate dripping or messy filling.
