Reduced Programming Time

Rockwell Automation has introduced a new feature to its Rockwell Software RSLogix programming environment that eliminates manual configuration typically associated with adding DeviceNet products to a Logix-based control system.

The free configuration tool automatically defines data tags. RSLogix 5000 DeviceNet Tag Generator prompts users through a series of steps to more quickly select the right scanner and configure each device.
