A dual-label, two-panel pallet labeler is now available from Label-Aire (Fullerton, CA). It's capable of applying two adjacent corner labels (measuring up to 3" W x 5.8" L) on the trailing corner of a moving pallet using only one applicator.

It includes a stepper motor-driven 8"-W vacuum drum integrated with a Zebra 170Xi printer. A 19"-L swing arm allows placement of long labels approximately 2" from the corner of the pallet. Custom software permits label spacing and next-out print/ apply capability.
