Motion controllers

Ormec's (Rochester, NY) new Orion(TM) motion controllers, Models 30, 50 and 70, provide cost-effective electronic motion control for 1 1/2- to 14-axis applications.

Two versions of the MotionBASIC® programming language and a new Windows-based software called MotionDesk(TM) are provided. The motion controllers offer a selection of 80486 microprocessors (DX 2/66 and DX 4/100) 4 megabytes of RAM a 256K external cache a keyboard connector and up to seven 16-bit ISA expansion slots.
