Small 15J "mini inverter" from Baldor (Fort Smith, AR) is for applications requiring variable or constant torque, or constant hp in limited space.

The keypad is a reduced version of the 12-key 32-character English keypad on other Baldor controls; keypad language is common to other Baldor controls to simplify set-up and operation. The 15J has eight pre-set speeds torque boost and more than 70 adjustable parameters.
