Adco's (Sanger, CA) 1HCF manual carton former is designed to allow an operator to form lock-style, top-load trays and tri-seal cartons for test market samples or for testing new carton designs.

Operators place the die-cut blank onto the forming frame; the forming plunger is mechanically pushed through the frame using hand- or foot-operated levers. Speeds to 20 cartons/min are possible depending on operator dexterity.
