In aseptic mode outer surfaces are sprayed with ultra-fine droplets of disinfectant while at the same time the bottles’ inner surfaces are treated with disinfectant and steam. Then the bottles are subjected to a flow of disinfectant and sterile air and/or sterile water and sterile air. Finally bottles are sterilely filled. The system is said to be transparent and flexible and it occupies minimal floor space says the manufacturer.
