Arrowhead Conveyor's (Oshkosh, WI) Ionized Air Rinser cleans empty glass, PET or composite containers prior to filling, using ionized air instead of water.

The rinser grips and inverts the container and air jets blow neutralized air into the containers neutralizing the static charge built up during shipping and freeing dust and other particles from the containers. The rinser automatically returns the container to an upright position for filling. Available in both "S"- and "C"-curve configurations the rinser reaches speeds to 275'/min.
